Innovative, integrated accessory system lets you apply the “Magpul Method” to make the tried-and-true 12 gauge 870 into a state-of-the-art tactical shotgun exactly fitted to your mission requirements. Major components are made from the same tough, hard polymer Magpul uses for their AR-15 stocks to ensure superb durability under harsh conditions. Easy to install modular risers fit on the comb of the SGA Stock to change the comb height for a better cheek weld and to position the shooter’s head at the proper height for various sights and optics. Low kit includes two inserts that raise the comb ¼" or ½" above the standard SGA comb. High kit’s two inserts raise the comb ½" or ¾" above the standard comb.
SPECS: Reinforced, hard-molded polymer, Black or Dark Earth. Recommendations: low-profile bead sights, ghost rings, or similar – no riser or ¼"; red dot, standard holographic, or mini-red dot – ¼" or ½"; magnified optic – ½" or ¾".
*Note: For aftermarket raised receiver rails and optics utilizing higher mounts, you may need to add to the common configurations above accordingly. Optic mounts designed for the AR15/M16 platform may be too high for use with the Magpul SGA stock depending on the shooter preference.
