Bad Magazines (2013-05-22)

Just received my twin pack of 10 rd mags for my gsg5(22) and as soon as I took them out of the box knew there was a problem. The springs in these mags are different then the one that came with my gsg522 even though they are identical otherwise. When you go to pull down the spring to load the mag the follower gets stuck and you have to push up hard to release it. Fails to feed any ammunition. Hopefully brownells will send me a working pair, but until then these mags are a no-go for me.

Best deal on the web (2013-11-13)

I ordered 2 of these twin packs and they are exactly like the mag that came with my GSG-522. Even with shipping costs, these are currently the best deal for your money you can find on the web. Easy to load, easy to keep a "round count", feed well, and they hold the bolt back on the last shot in my Anniversary Edition GSG. Doesn't get any better than that. The shipping was also very quick, so Brownells knocked it outta the park.

Springs get stuck (2014-01-22)

The mags looked perfect. That's exactly where it ends. As Nick had mentioned the springs get stuck and I have to give a strong tap to get the spring to push up from the 10-5 round area up to a useable position. Even without ammo, the springs will not slide up. I don't know if I should lubricate them, or try to get a working pair shipped in.

The best thing is the 2 day shipping I received. I ordered on late Saturday (more or less) so I knew it would ship out only on Monday and received it on the very next Tuesday. Impressive shipping time.

Reading about what Brownells say, I will change my rating on it, if I can get a working replacement in, I was supposed to go shooting tomorrow and now will look foolish with only the stock magazine and waiting for 10rd reloads every few minutes.

Great (2015-06-29)

This fits my GSG 522 like a glove. It is easy to load and hold a decent amount of ammo taking in to account that the next step up would be a 110 round drum ( For a GSG 522 ) .For me the magazine only hold 20 despite the description. Anyways its a good deal and I would recommend it for some one looking for extra magazines.

Great factory mags (2012-03-15)

Great to have to reduce reload times in the field. These are the top quality factory clips at a great price. Very pleased.

Flawless operation!! (2012-09-19)

I bought four sets of these mags for my MP522 and when I got them I loaded each one with 22 rounds. I fire each mag one right after the other and did not have one malfuntion. I have since ordered two more sets and plan on getting more before they ban hi-cap mags again. Great price and great service from Brownells!!

GSG-522 Mag Twin Pack 22lr 22rd (2013-08-15)

I bought a twin pack of these for my GSG 522. These are factory German made GSG magazines. I have put 100 rounds through both of them without any malfunctions. I commend Brownells for selling these at a reasonable price (unlike others I cannot mention here) and for fast shipping. I will be purchasing more.

Don't waste your money on aftermarket! (2013-10-28)

These ATI manufactured mags are the only way to go. They run perfectly with one caveat: don't leave them loaded for a long period of time! I left 2 of these loaded for a few months, and they wouldn't push up rounds at all. After unloading them they worked fine a few days later.
